About Christina

Hello, I’m Christina Lumenara.

I write and illustrate gentle children’s books that invite readers to slow down, notice the world around them, and discover wonder in everyday moments. Many of my stories are observational rather than fast-paced, encouraging curiosity, kindness, imagination, and quiet reflection.

Since publishing my first children’s book in December 2025, I’ve been building a growing collection of story worlds, early readers, and illustrated books. Places like Meadow Hill, Two Trees, and many others are designed to feel like living worlds that continue beyond the final page.

My hope is that readers of all ages find stories that feel welcoming, comforting, and worth visiting again and again.

My Philosophy

I believe stories don’t always need to rush toward an ending. Sometimes the greatest gift a story can offer is the opportunity to pause, observe, imagine, and notice the beauty that has been there all along. My hope is that every visit to Christina Lumenara Studio leaves you with a little more curiosity, a little more kindness, and a little more wonder than when you arrived.
